I agree that I will not disclose or discuss information regarding any Neighbor or details regarding a church to anyone other than the appropriate Love INC personnel. I will not be involved in gossip or negative conversation that could - in any way - reflect badly on the ministry of Love INC, those being served, or on those who are serving.
PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE: I hereby grant permission to Love In the Name of Christ (Love INC) to publish photos/videos of me for editorial, advertising, and promotional purposes for use in print or electronic media. I agree that Love INC will own the copyright to these materials. We request ALL volunteers select "granted" to the media release unless there are legal or safety concerns.
